"Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren't always comfortable, but they're never weakness"
Brené Brown

I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist, and my approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy is a space where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and begin to heal at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or a major life transition like becoming a parent, you don’t have to go through it alone. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum International and have a special interest in supporting folks as they navigate fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood.

Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure of where to turn next. Together, we work to help them feel grounded, capable, and hopeful again. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Taking that first step can feel scary, but you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself again, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth. Let’s create the life you deserve, one step at a time.

A few things about me:

  •  I love spending time in the mountains camping, hiking, or downhill skiing.
  •   I’m a proud mom of one daughter, and becoming a mom myself has fuelled my interest in working with other parents
  •   I really enjoy reading and am currently in a fantasy phase
