I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Prince Edward Island and completed my residency with the CPA-accredited Regina Clinical Psychology Residency Program through the Saskatchewan Health Authority. My training included both assessment and therapy services across community mental health and rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns.
In my current practice, I work with adults and teens experiencing challenges such as anxiety, social anxiety, panic, phobias, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, low self-esteem, and perfectionism. My goal is to help clients develop insight into the patterns that keep them stuck while building skills to respond to life’s challenges with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion.
I integrate practical, evidence-informed strategies with an emphasis on emotional awareness and values-based living. Therapy with me often involves learning how to manage difficult thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful steps toward the kind of life you want to live.
I also provide psychological assessments, including ADHD, general mental-health, and psychoeducational evaluations. I view assessment as a collaborative process that helps clients better understand their strengths, challenges, and next steps for growth.
Beginning therapy takes courage, and I aim to create a space that feels supportive, empowering, and grounded in genuine connection. It’s a privilege to help clients move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.
A few things about me:
- I enjoy camping, watersports, and hiking (despite my fear of heights!)
- I grew up overseas in the Middle East and have interesting memories from this time in my life
- I have a particularly soft spot for animals of all kinds
