I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

I believe that a stable, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing. My approach is non-judgemental, person-centered and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness to support you in developing insight, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.

Creating a safe, welcoming environment is at the heart of my work. I want you to feel like you can bring your whole self into the room—messy feelings, unanswered questions, and all. My goal is to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect, so you feel truly heard and supported. I have experience working with a diverse range of people, including those who have experienced acquired brain injuries and concussions. This has given me a deep understanding of the unique emotional and cognitive challenges that can arise. I also have a background in coaching, which informs my strengths-based, collaborative approach to helping clients work toward their personal goals.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you’ve already taken the first step by being here—and that’s a great place to start.

A bit about me:

  • I enjoy baking, with a special focus on perfecting sourdough, though I enjoy exploring all kinds of baked goods.
  • In my free time, I love connecting with nature through activities like camping and paddle boarding, and I cherish spending quality time with family and friends.
  • I’m an avid reader, particularly enjoying thrillers, romance, and fantasy novels.
