As a graduate student completing my doctorate in clinical psychology, supervised by Dr. Julie Curley, I feel truly grateful to walk alongside you on this journey. Therapy can involve big emotions—both positive and negative—and I strive to support you through it all with openness, curiosity, and compassion. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with my clients, helping them explore the skills they can use to live value-driven lives, even when facing difficult symptoms. I also use Gottman Method Couples Therapy when working with couples.
I look forward to getting to know you and working together to understand the challenges you are facing, recognize the strengths you possess, and what meaningful change you’d like to see in your life.
A little something about me personally:
- I cherish spending time with family and friends but most of all my adorable cat William.
- In the summer I love to spend time golfing and exploring the city
- In the winter I enjoy just about any cozy hobby including but not limited to reading, crocheting, and doing puzzles.
